Machining services

Reverse Engineering
Our reverse engineering service allows us to accurately reproduce, redesign, and manufacture components that are obsolete, worn, or no longer available. Using advanced 3D scanning technology alongside traditional CAD design methods, we capture precise component geometry and translate it into manufacturable designs. From a single damaged part to a fully optimised replacement, we manage the entire process from analysis and design through to final manufacture. This capability enables us to extend the life of existing equipment, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable replacement component s tailored to your application.
Prototyping services
Our prototyping service supports the development of new components and assemblies from initial concept through to a fully functional prototype. Working from a simple sketch, concept, or detailed CAD model, we combine our machining, fabrication, and design capabilities to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose prototypes. Where appropriate, we also offer 3D printing of prototype models to reduce development time and prototyping costs before committing to machined or fabricated components. Prototypes can be produced in materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, allowing designs to be tested, refined, and validated prior to production.
Automotive & Motorsport
We specialise in automotive and motorsport engineering, with many years of experience designing and manufacturing high-performance components and assemblies. Our capabilities range from producing individual parts such as suspension arms through to fully fabricated chassis and body structures. We also undertake ground-up race car builds and complete kit car solutions, managing projects from initial concept and design through to manufacture and assembly. Supported by our in-house machining, fabrication, and prototyping capabilities, we deliver robust, precision-engineered solutions tailored to performance applications. Where required, we also offer on-site support, attending your location to assist with development, installation, or project completion.
